If you're not happy with a team member, we'll arrange a replacement. Your Melbourne contact manages the process with you.
Every engagement includes a minimum four-hour overlap with Australian Eastern business hours. Exact working hours are agreed before the engagement starts.
Team members are engaged through our offshore delivery partner. You contract only with The Techworks, and we manage the relationship on your behalf.
