Pricing is agreed in AUD before engagement. Offshore talent is priced by role and arrangement. Infrastructure projects are provided as a fixed-scope quote.
Your team members work offshore and are managed from Melbourne. We discuss location and working hours on your discovery call, based on the roles you need.
Yes. We screen candidates first, then you interview your shortlist before making any commitment.
If you're not happy with a team member, we'll arrange a replacement. Your Melbourne contact manages the process with you.
